After the study it was determined that the water absorbed the same amount of calcium from all five product. Seeing as the United States recommends 1,300 mg of calcium per day and the amount of water that is recommended is 2 liters; all you would need to do is drink a liter of mineral water that would have 500 mg per liter to ensure you get your recommended amount of calcium per day.
