Annual Check Ups During Covid-19

As we start to wind our business back up we have come up with ways to continue to do the annual check ups for our existing customers. We understand how important they are to giving you peace of mind and we pride ourselves as being the only water filtration company willing to give that peace of mind to you each and every year. This is how it will go:

1. Upon arrival to the homes of our customers, our technicians will be giving a call to the customer to let them know they have arrived.
2. All of our annual technicians will be wearing a mask and gloves to ensure the safety of themselves and the customer.
3. They will not be entering any customer’s home and only be looking at the tank, either in the garage or outside.
4. They will hand the customer a small cup for the customer to retrieve a cold water sample from inside the house. When they return, our technicians will conduct the water test outside to ensure the best water quality.

We have figured our that this is the most safe way to do our annual check ups while covid-19 is still going around. We will be implementing this slowly within the coming weeks. If you have any questions or concerns give us a call at (760) 994-4795.
