Water Softener Rebate
Many people know the harmful effects that water softeners have on the environment. Water softeners change the composition of the water by adding in potassium chloride, or salt. When there is so much salt in the water it tends to be very harmful to the natural environment when it goes down the drain as well as all that salt you are absorbing through your skin when you are bathing. Not only is the salt water being poured down the drain every time you would turn on a tap, but it “cleans” itself by dumping all the extra salt wastewater down the drain as well. We have seen many counties put a ban on salt softeners for a very long time and yet some households still have them. To try and fix this issue, so it doesn't do any more harm to the environment, the inland empire water district has an active rebate where they are giving up to $2000 to someone that gets rid of their water softener. See below for more details on their rebate.
Here at One Water Systems, we don’t do salt. We filter your water and eliminate all the bad
contaminants while leaving all the important minerals needed for your body. After that, we use our descaler to curb the scale build up you might see if you had nothing at all. Clean healthy water, while not doing any damage to our environment. If you would like to make an appointment and get an environmentally friendly water filtration system, give us a call at (760) 994-4795.
