Elon Musk Keeps His Promise to Flint

At the beginning of the month, Elon Musk announced that he and his foundation would be donating $480,350 to Flint Community Schools. This money will go to all the schools in the district to supply new water filtration systems on each campus. The systems will decontaminate the water from bacteria and lead that has been prominent in the Flint water. Flint mayor Karen Weaver said that she and Elon discussed many of the problems that Flint still faced including that [...]

It is a great compliment from other ‘water’ filtration companies to tell prospective buyers the they can make the same system as ours. It is equally annoying to be told by our future or past shoppers to believe that to be true. It is very easy to offer a Ford automobile to a customer looking for a Mercedes, telling them that Ford is exactly the same as a Mercedes. Most consumers know that is not true as they have educated themselves [...]

The city of San Diego have announced that they will have a delay on the audit report that was supposed to come out in June for some San Diego citizens that have been over billed for their water. The city auditor has reported that they have gone over their 2,000 hour budget for the audit already. The audit started in February after many homeowners and news outlets started to complain about their abnormally high water bills. Hopefully we have [...]

Congratulations and thank you Patel! Below is pictures and video of Patel explaining what it's like to own a machine from One Water Systems.

What Makes Carbon Filters Essential?

Most water companies out there are using a carbon based filter. Most companies out there will leave it just at that without much explanation. Maybe you're wondering to yourself "How exactly do carbon filters work and why does it have to be carbon?" Carbon filtering is a method of filtering that uses a bed of activated carbon to remove contaminants and impurities, using chemical adsorption. It does this by absorption: pollutant molecules in the fluid to be treated are trapped inside the pore structure [...]

Raw Water

Here at One Water Systems we are all about having the cleanest and healthiest drinking water around. However, there has been a new trend that we just can't look past. Raw water is starting to become a thing and we disagree with it. Raw water refers to unfiltered, untreated and unsterilized water that’s collected from a spring or the atmosphere. While the water flowing in the streams and rivers of the back-country may look pure, it can still be contaminated with [...]
