Difference from One Water Systems to Others, California, CA

WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE FROM ONE WATER TO THE OTHERS?

WHAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE FROM ONE WATER TO THE OTHERS?

It is a great compliment from other ‘water’ filtration companies to tell prospective buyers the they can make the same system as ours.
It is equally annoying to be told by our future or past shoppers to believe that to be true.
It is very easy to offer a Ford automobile to a customer looking for a Mercedes, telling them that Ford is exactly the same as a Mercedes. Most consumers know that is not true as they have educated themselves when it comes to cars.
But wait! They both have 4 wheels, both have an engine, and Ford is thousands of dollars less; it’s an easy argument if the listener doesn’t know the difference.
When it comes to whole house water treatment systems, the same theory can be presented: their filtration tank is silver and tall like ours, they say it does the same as our system, and they say its a lot less to buy.
Well let’s separate exaggerated promises from the true differences.

First off, softeners that use salt cannot do what our system does. They also do not look the same as ours. They are made of plastic, the salt it uses corrodes metal, and they rely on maintenance, filter changes and constant purchasing of 50 lb bags of sodium.
So any comparison of what One Water Systems does should not be compared to the sad salt guys.
Other companies who say “no salt” will often purchase an identical tank to ours from their manufacturer. There are only 2 manufacturers in the U.S. who supply such a tank, and being very heavily tested and certified, they look the same.
End of similarity.
Most companies will buy a valve to create a timed back-wash and allow flow rate from the tank to the home, this is the black device attached to the top of the tank. Almost all the companies that we “compete” against will use the most commonly imported valve.
We learned many years ago that it was a huge mistake when we inadvertently found ourselves using those type of valves. We learned that the manufacturer had very limited protection/warranty on them and ultimately 1 in 4 were failing.
We decided to change to a new and improved U.S. made valve that tested better and it was fully protected for many years by the manufacturer.
Many water filtration tanks are offered by plumbing companies as a side line or add-on sale to something else they are offering; we hear this daily as we get potential clients call us to fix those poorly made products.
Most plumbers are ethical and honest but all plumbers love service calls as that generates extra cash flow for them and their companies, plus the service is generally just time for money. The goal obviously for them is to provide maintenance driven products.
Once the filtration tanks are built, they are sealed and you, the consumer, have to believe in what the “sales person” has told you. A saying in the business states that the tank could be filled with handkerchiefs and could be sold for gold. It would be correct in saying that it filters but how good and for how long?
A large plumbing company got caught misleading the public about their product and had to remove over 300 units in San Diego.
Most companies have very limited use of the tanks; we’ve heard of lifetime or 15 year warranties, but the fine print normally states that it does not cover the media within the tank. Why is that? I was told that it is because the wrong sized tank can be sold to the wrong house leading to a short term use. I was also told customers may alter the effectiveness of the filtration in order to obtain newer components and or extend the warranty.

One Water Systems has learned from 30 years of manufacturing and 14 years in Southern California to create customer satisfaction.
We don’t cut corners with product manufacturing, we use the right level of certified medias inside the tanks to do the best job of filtration to our city water.
We use an exclusive device, patented and made in the U.S.A. to change the corrosiveness of hard water by using the German Amp Force technology.
We do not sell and say goodbye! We promise in writing that ALL labor and components have a full use warranty for 10 years! Then we visit you every year for free to check on the machine and the quality of water for your peace of mind.
This is why we have the most referrals and satisfaction in the business.
Now if someone challenges us by saying they can do the same, ask to see it in writing and on their website.
With One Water Systems, we have it in writing and on our website, and best of all our customers will tell you the same.
Along with very competitive industry pricing, with One Water Systems, you can’t go wrong. Get filtered for life.
